All the items on our menu are prepared from scratch, using expertly sourced ingredients and healthy methods of preparation. We use premium 00-grade stoneground flour in our pizzas and tomato pulp imported from Italy.

Wherever possible, we only use free-range eggs, chicken and meat. Each item on our menu is there because it was designed to be a part of a memorable eating experience.
